First Download the Extension from here :

And if the Google Chrome is Not Adding the Extension then Follow the Step

on  "How to Add Unauthorized extension on Google Chrome"

First Download the extension which are in .crx extention 

Open google chrome and go to

Control settings  > Tools > Extension 

Now locate your file in your System using File Explorer

and using the mouse Just Drag and Drop the Extension into the 

Google Chrome Extension page
